What happens on the day?
The Fancy Hound sets up your picnic at your desired location ready for the allocated time. We then leave you to enjoy your luxury picnic. We will arrive back after the 3 hour time period to pack up. No need for cleaning of any of the equipment - The Fancy Hound takes care of that!
* The Fancy Hound will clean all items hired as part of the picnic package however if there is any excessive food and/or beverage waste which requires removal from hire items a cleaning fee will be charged ($100 per hour or part thereof).
* We understand that accidents may happen however if any items are damaged or permanently soiled you will be required to pay a replacement fee of the item/s.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder is to be paid five days before your picnic.
Where can I have my picnic?
We can set up anywhere the space allows! You can have your luxury picnic at home, on your deck or veranda or in any Brisbane park. We suggest that if you are having an outside picnic that you have an indoor backup.
What if the weather is bad?
Fancy Hound Picnics cannot be set up or held in the rain or if the ground is wet. We suggest that you have an inside or undercover backup planned in case of bad weather.
If it rains on the day of your event and there is no suitable backup your picnic can be rearranged subject to availability.
